Ari Jenshel has practised law in a variety of roles in Australia and overseas since 1993. He was a formerly a barrister, a legal officer with the Australian Defence Force, In-house Counsel at the Australian Government Solicitor, and Senior Advisor to the Attorney-General of Vanuatu.
He currently practices general commercial law and litigation in Melbourne, as well as consulting for the World Bank and for a number of developing-country governments and public agencies. He has an interest in law and development, civil procedure, law reform and international comparative law.
