Chairperson | Independent Office for School Dispute Resolution
Frank is Chairperson of the newly established Independent Office for School Dispute Resolution. He deals with complex and intractable complaints by parents and mature minor students about Victorian state school decisions, in situations where those complaints have not been able to be resolved at the School, Regional, or Departmental level. Frank has over twenty years’ experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution as a mediator, educator, facilitator, and consultant in a number of countries, including Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, Ethiopia, and the Caribbean.
He was a founding partner in 1994 of Stitt Feld Handy Group, one of Canada’s premier private providers of ADR services, and grew and merged that group with ADR Chambers to become Canada’s largest private provider of ADR services and consulting. He has worked in Australia through his company, The Trillium Group, since 1998, and is now a permanent resident of Australia.
